We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our legal rights, or to investigate fraud or security issues.
We retain your account information, uploaded photos, and generated designs for as long as your account is active, so you can access your design history. Roomora is available globally. Your information may be processed and stored on servers located in countries other than your own, including the United States, where our service providers (such as Firebase and our hosting provider) operate. Where required by applicable law (such as the GDPR), we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers, including standard contractual clauses used by our service providers.
You can permanently delete your account, subscription record, and generation history at any time from Settings → Delete Account in the App. This action is immediate and cannot be undone. Alternatively, you can email gadekarv1@gmail.com with a deletion request and we will act on it promptly.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
EU/UK/EEA users (GDPR): Our legal bases for processing your information are: performance of a contract (providing the App's features), legitimate interests (analytics, security, service improvement), and consent (where applicable, e.g., certain permissions). You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
California and other US state residents (CCPA/CPRA and similar laws): You may request access to or deletion of your personal information, and you may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf, using the contact details in Section 11.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at gadekarv1@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information, including secure on-device storage for authentication tokens (via encrypted device storage) and encrypted connections (HTTPS) between the App and our servers. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Effective date" above and, where appropriate, notify you through the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
